Working the Plan
Good Morning, Tina and I are having a blast on the Trim Body System. It is interesting we feel like we have more energy. We are trying to sleep at least 7 hours and that is the hardest part.Yesterday was a very busy day. I worked from early to well into the evening just like most people. I know many of you are doing the work that 3 or 4 people did a year or two ago. Well we had a great web cast meeting at 9:00 and I was very excited about the guest attending. Another international event. Martha Cooper had a guest in Europe that stayed up until 3:00AM her time and is joining her business. I love success stories. When we went to bed I set the alarm and thought we would sleep 8 hours but we woke up at 4:30AM. We will have to work on that. One of the greatest things is we both feel better. This morning Tina said she feels much better,she is sleeping sounder and has less sinus challenges. The food is very good on the plan. Last night we had salad, chili and strawberries it seemed like a lot of food. Remember eat 7 to 9 servings of fruits and vegetables a day. This is just like anything else in life to succeed you have to follow the plan. If you mess up one day just start over the next day with a stronger commitment. Someone ask me how much weight I have lost but I have no idea. Dr Duke suggested the first time I weigh my self is in April at the end of the 12 weeks. This is not a diet it is building a healthy body, optimal health. When my body is fed and I exercise properly everything else will take care of it's self. I will touch base in a few days.

Hey Donnie, I am excited about your committment! It has Bethany and me talking about what we can do to be more healthy. Some people think that because we are both thin that we are automatically healthy. We know the truth. I dusted off the exercise equipment today. We are both on a juice and water fast for 3 days so it's a start in the right direction.
