Day 2

Just back from a great group dinner. We have a great team that will encourage each other. You may hear from others as I will invite them to check out the blog. Today we went through all the test in the morning. Then we did our first 4-3-2-1 work out. What a difference that will make. Sean Foy taught us about the importance of a cardio work out and Diane made sure we understood as she worked us out. It is great getting to ask so many questions from the experts. Dr. Duke has been with us a lot of the time. He is the kind of person you would want to be friends with forever. Matter of fact all the people that work here are wonderful. We learned a lot about reading food labels and understanding what to buy and the portions we need. The most important thing is getting healthy. Optimal health is the goal. The 4 pillars of Optimal Health are.
