It is great to read the success stories of everybody. I am the only one who has no idea on weight loss. Dr. Duke suggested I not even step on a scale until I am back at The Center for Optimal Health. That will be the third week of April. He said I need to focus on my total health not just weight. I am committed to loosing weight and feel we are doing great. It feels pretty good to make a commitment to a team and fight to do everything it takes. I know we need to work hard in this time because people need to see a example that will give them hope. People need hope today more than ever. We have the best products and the best business so let's tell people about it. We need to make a difference today. Who else is going to do it?
